Simple terms for using Biblo.

1. About Biblo

Biblo is a Bible quiz and challenges game by SandiApps. It includes levels, questions, hints, stars, hearts, diamonds, achievements, timed challenges and other game features that may change over time.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

You may use Biblo only if you are legally permitted to do so in your country or region. If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian may need to review and accept these Terms on your behalf where required.

3. Bible Quiz Content

Biblo is designed for educational and entertainment purposes. Questions, explanations and references are prepared to reflect biblical texts, but wording may differ between Bible translations, languages or traditions.

Biblo is not intended to replace personal Bible study, pastoral guidance or the teaching of a church or religious community. We may correct, update or remove quiz content when we identify an error or improve the experience.

4. Accounts and Game Progress

Biblo may use an anonymous or internal account identifier to save progress without requiring a traditional account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and for any actions taken through your installation or account.

We do not guarantee that local progress can be recovered after uninstalling the app, clearing app data, changing devices or using the app offline before synchronization occurs.

5. Virtual Items and Rewards

Biblo may include virtual items such as diamonds, hearts, hints, stars, rewards, gifts or capacity upgrades. These items are licensed for use only inside Biblo, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money or property unless applicable law expressly requires otherwise.

We may adjust game balance, reward amounts, item costs, refill timing, limits or availability to maintain the game experience. Purchased digital content will be handled consistently with applicable platform policies and law.

6. Advertising and Rewarded Ads

The free version of Biblo may display ads. Some ads may be optional rewarded experiences that grant an in-app benefit after the required ad interaction is successfully completed and verified.

Closing an ad early, losing connectivity, provider errors or other technical issues may prevent a reward from being granted. We may limit how often rewards can be earned through ads to protect game balance and prevent abuse.

7. Purchases and Refunds

Biblo may offer one-time purchases or other paid digital content, including starter packs, ad-removal options, diamonds or game upgrades.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play or another authorized platform. Billing, refund eligibility and payment disputes are generally governed by the platform through which the purchase was made.

Deleting Biblo does not automatically create a refund. Where available, eligible non-consumable purchases can be restored using the app or store tools.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Biblo for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to manipulate purchases, ad rewards, virtual-item balances or game progress through unauthorized methods
• Interfere with, overload or attempt unauthorized access to Biblo or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute or resell the app except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Use automated tools to exploit or disrupt the service

9. App Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features, game content, rewards, prices, challenges or other parts of Biblo at any time. We may also perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

Some features may require an internet connection, while other content may be available offline. Offline availability, synchronization and cached content may vary by app version.

10. Privacy

Your use of Biblo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected and used.

11. Intellectual Property

Biblo’s software, original visual design, branding, mascot, game systems, original text, graphics and other app materials are owned by or licensed to SandiApps, except for third-party materials and Bible text or references that may be subject to separate rights.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Biblo for its intended purpose.

12. Third-Party Services

Biblo may integrate services provided by Apple, Google, advertising networks, analytics or crash-reporting providers, hosting providers and other technology services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Biblo is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, perfect accuracy of every quiz item or compatibility with every device.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SandiApps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Biblo, including loss of local game progress or virtual items caused by device failure, connectivity problems or unsupported modifications.

15. Termination

You may stop using Biblo at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or platform requirements, or respond to material violations of these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Biblo after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
