1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Biblo and the version of the app, we may collect or process:

Game and account information

• An anonymous or internal account identifier used to save progress
• Language, app settings and preferences
• Levels played, answers, stars, achievements, streaks and challenge progress
• Hearts, diamonds, hints, rewards and other virtual-item balances
• Purchase status needed to restore or provide paid features

Device and usage information

• Device type, operating system, app version and language or region
• App interactions, screens viewed and feature usage
• Crash reports, diagnostics, performance and error information
• Limited network or technical data needed for security, fraud prevention and service operation

Biblo does not require you to provide sensitive personal information in order to play the core game.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Save and restore your progress and settings
• Deliver levels, challenges, rewards, hearts, hints and other game functionality
• Provide and restore purchases or ad-removal features
• Display, limit and measure ads where applicable
• Improve game balance, content, reliability and performance
• Diagnose crashes, bugs and technical problems
• Prevent abuse, fraud or manipulation of rewards and purchases
• Comply with legal and platform requirements

3. Accounts and Game Progress

Biblo may create an anonymous or internal identifier so your progress can be associated with your installation or account without requiring a traditional username and password.

Some progress may be stored locally on your device and some may be stored or synchronized through our backend or service providers. If you delete the app, clear its data or change devices before progress is synchronized, some local progress may be lost.

4. Advertising

Biblo may display advertising, including optional rewarded ads that provide an in-app reward after a qualifying ad experience.

Advertising providers may process device identifiers, approximate technical information, ad impressions, clicks or other ad-interaction data to deliver, measure, limit and protect advertising. Where required by law or platform rules, consent choices will be presented before personalized advertising is used.

You may be able to purchase an ad-removal option. Rewarded ads or other explicitly optional ad experiences may still be offered when relevant to a reward, depending on the product purchased and the app version.

5. Purchases and Virtual Items

Biblo may offer one-time purchases, starter packs, ad-removal options, diamonds, heart-related upgrades or other digital items.

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play or another authorized platform provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive product identifiers, transaction status and other information required to unlock or restore purchases.

6. Third-Party Services

Biblo may rely on third-party services for advertising, app distribution, purchases, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, authentication or other app infrastructure. Depending on the platform and app version, these may include services from Google, Apple and other technology providers.

Those providers process data under their own privacy policies and terms. The exact services used may change as Biblo evolves.

7. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Information may be stored locally on your device, on our infrastructure or by third-party providers used to operate Biblo.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Biblo, maintain game progress, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and protect the service.

You may request deletion of information associated with you by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where required by law, platform rules, security or legitimate fraud-prevention needs.

9. Children’s Privacy

Biblo is a general-audience Bible quiz and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal information directly to us.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us in a way that requires parental consent, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate steps.

10. Your Choices

Depending on your location and the data involved, you may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of personal information, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, or object to certain processing.

You can also manage ad-personalization permissions through the consent controls presented in the app or your device settings, and manage purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play.

11. International Data Processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. When this occurs, information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Biblo, our service providers or legal requirements change. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
