Dropi does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use Dropi and for any information you enter into the app.
You agree not to use Dropi:

- To harm, abuse, or interfere with the app or its services
- To attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- To copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the app without permission
- In a way that violates these Terms or applicable laws
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Dropi may offer optional paid subscriptions or purchases.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you downloaded the app. Payment will be charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Dropi does not directly control billing, renewals, refunds, or cancellations handled by Apple or Google.
6. Free Trials and Promotions
Dropi may offer free trials, discounts, or promotional access from time to time.
The availability, duration, and conditions of free trials or promotions may vary. If a free trial is offered, your subscription may automatically renew as a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the platform where the purchase was made.
For purchases made through Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted to Apple.
For purchases made through Google Play, refund requests must be submitted to Google Play.
We do not guarantee refunds unless required by applicable law or platform policy.
8. Ads
Dropi may display ads in the free version of the app.
Premium users may receive an ad-free experience if this is included in the selected premium plan.
We may work with third-party advertising partners to display and measure ads, subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Reminders and Notifications
Dropi may send hydration reminders or app-related notifications if you enable them.
Reminders are provided for convenience only. We do not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered on time or without interruption.
You can manage or disable notifications through your device settings or within the app, when available.
10. Data and Privacy
Your use of Dropi is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. App Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Dropi at any time.

We are not responsible if Dropi is unavailable, interrupted, delayed, or affected by technical issues.
12. Intellectual Property
Dropi, including its name, logo, design, graphics, text, features, and software, is owned by or licensed to the developer.
You may use Dropi only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Dropi without written permission.

Dropi is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or suitable for your specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Dropi.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, health-related decisions, device issues, service interruptions, or inability to use the app.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Dropi if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or if required by law or platform rules.
You may stop using Dropi at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled through your Apple or Google account settings.
16. Third-Party Services
Dropi may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, subscription management, app distribution, or other functionality.
These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content.
17. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded Dropi from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, unless we provide a separate license agreement.
Apple is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for Dropi.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Dropi after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
